Quick Navigation
At PayoutJet ("we," "us," or "our"), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (https://payoutjet.com) and use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to help build your claim:
a. Information You Provide
- Account Details: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Claim Data: Vehicle details (VIN, make, model), accident descriptions, repair estimates, photos, and insurance policy information.
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe).
b. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on the site, and clicks.
- Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to help the site run smoothly (see Section 7).
c. Information Processed by AI
When you use our claim generation tools, the documents and data you upload are processed by our Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to draft your reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Generate Your Documents: Process your inputs to create negotiation reports and demand letters.
- Provide Support: Respond to your questions or fix technical issues.
- Process Payments: Facilitate transactions via Stripe.
- Improve Our AI (Training): We use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns and claim-related data to train and improve our AI models. We strip personally identifiable information (PII)—like your name, specific VIN, or address—before using any data for training purposes. This helps us make PayoutJet smarter for future users.
- Communication: Send you finished reports, receipts, and important service updates.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting, and LLM providers for text generation). We configure AI providers, where available, to not retain personal data for model training.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a subpoena, court order, or to comply with the law.
- Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to fraud protection services or legal counsel if necessary to investigate fraud or protect the security of PayoutJet.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data while it travels between your device and our servers. Your documents are stored on secure cloud servers (e.g., AWS).
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and claim data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy—such as generating your report, maintaining your account, and complying with legal or tax obligations.
- Account Data: Kept while your account is active.
- Claim Documents: Kept for a reasonable period to allow you to download or edit them.
- Deletion: If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, though we may retain some transactional records (like proof of payment) as required by law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your data. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to fix incorrect information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and personal data.
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (though we will still send transactional emails, like password resets).
To exercise these rights, please email us at [email protected].
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use tools like Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve the design.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Shine the Light: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
